How was the fee determined. The fee is based on the time involved in interviewing and production and the distance traveled. Given all that The Stories We Are does and the time involved, folks find the fee quite reasonable.

       The total time The Stories We Are puts into each event or each person’s story.  It takes over forty hours of just production time (pre-interview, interview, editing and final video). This does not include travel time or accommodations, which you do not have to pay for. 

        The fee is a flat-fee (i.e. one set price). The fee is a one-time flat fee and there are no other costs you have to pay. The Stories We Are pays its internal costs and travel and accommodation costs out of that one flat fee.

        Fee by zone/belt. In the map below, the zone Belt 1 (San Antonio and Austin area) fee is 1885/Zoom 1485. Belt 2 is 2285/Zoom 1485. Belt 3 is 3285/Zoom 1485. Belt 4 is 4865/Zoom 1485. Belt 5 is 6885/Zoom 1485. Belt 6 is 8885/Zoom 1485.  Tributes for memorial services are 685.
